Why are your prices so cheap?

Because they should be.  There is an unlimited supply of lab diamonds so their actual value is limited due to this lack of rarity.  The general public deserves to pay what they are really worth, and not some astronomical markup to pad jewelers' pockets.

Is the ring already in stock?

No.  Each ring is made to order from scratch.

What type of gold is used?

We use solid 14KT white, yellow, or rose gold.

How long does a ring typically take to be made?

While there are many variables to take into account, you should expect to receive your ring in 2-4 weeks.

Does the ring come with a branded box?

No.  We will ship you the ring in a velvet pouch.  It's up to you to decide how best to display it and whether or not to highlight the fact that it is a lab diamond which our logo would certainly give away!

What is your experience in the jewelry industry?

Our family has been in the jewelry business since 1973.

Where will my ring be made?

The United States of America!

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns.  

What if my ring doesn't fit?

If you guessed wrong on the ring size, you can send the ring back to us and for an $88 fee, we will resize your ring, have it professionally polished, and mail it back to you.
